🕊️ NAP Rules & Guidelines

Our Non-Aggression Pact ensures peaceful cooperation and mutual growth across all alliance partners.

Last Updated: November 12, 2025

Core Principles

  • 🤝 Mutual respect and cooperation between all NAP partners
  • ⚖️ Fair treatment and equal protection for all members
  • 🛡️ Collective defense against external threats
  • 📢 Open communication and transparency
🛡️

1. Protected Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited between NAP alliance members:

Direct Attacks

No attacking cities, furnaces, or camps of NAP members. This includes:

  • Rally attacks
  • Solo attacks
  • Sneaky attacks during events

Resource Raids

No raiding or stealing resources from NAP territories. Respect all NAP member gathering operations.

Rally Interference

No joining rallies against NAP alliance members, even if initiated by non-NAP players.

Tile Harassment

No deliberately blocking or harassing NAP member tiles. This includes:

  • Parking troops on their resource tiles
  • Blocking their path to resources
  • Repeatedly taking tiles they’re clearly farming

2. Allowed Activities

NAP members may freely engage in the following activities:

Resource Sharing

Trading and gifting resources between alliances is encouraged. This strengthens our bonds and helps everyone grow.

Joint Events

Participating in state-wide events and competitions together. Friendly competition is allowed and encouraged!

Coordinated Defense

Assisting NAP partners during external attacks. We protect our own!

Territory Cooperation

Coordinating tile placement and resource collection. Communication is key to avoiding conflicts.

Cross-Alliance Activities

  • Joining each other’s rallies against non-NAP targets
  • Sharing intelligence about threats
  • Coordinating event strategies
  • Helping with resource gathering during peace time
⚠️

3. Violation Protocols

NAP violations are taken seriously and handled through a structured process:

First Violation: Warning ⚠️

Alliance leadership will be contacted immediately. The offending member receives a formal warning.

Consequences:

  • Formal warning issued
  • Compensation may be required to the victim
  • Member marked in state records
  • Alliance leadership must respond within 24 hours

Second Violation: Serious Review 🚨

State council review is triggered. This is a critical escalation.

Consequences:

  • Member may be marked for retaliation
  • Alliance placed on probation
  • Additional compensation required
  • Public announcement in state chat
  • Council meeting scheduled

Third Violation: NAP Termination ⛔

Immediate termination of NAP agreement. This is the final step.

Consequences:

  • NAP protection removed immediately
  • Alliance becomes eligible for coordinated action
  • All state benefits revoked
  • Public statement issued
  • 72-hour grace period for members to evacuate

Special Cases

Repeated minor violations may be escalated faster than the normal process.

Severe violations (like coordinated attacks or systematic harassment) may skip straight to termination.

⚖️

4. Dispute Resolution

Conflicts between NAP members should be resolved peacefully through proper channels:

Step 1: Direct Communication

Contact the other alliance leadership first. Most issues can be resolved quickly with direct dialogue.

Best practices:

  • Be respectful and professional
  • Provide specific details and evidence
  • Propose a fair solution
  • Allow time for response (24 hours)

Step 2: Evidence Collection

Gather screenshots and documentation to support your case.

What to collect:

  • Screenshots of the incident
  • Timestamps
  • Names of involved parties
  • Previous communications
  • Witness statements if available

Step 3: Council Mediation

If direct communication fails, present the case to the state council.

How to escalate:

  • Submit evidence to council members
  • Both parties present their side
  • Council reviews and makes a decision
  • Usually resolved within 48 hours

Step 4: Fair Resolution

Accept council decisions as final and binding. Trust the process.

Important:

  • Council decisions are final
  • Both parties must comply
  • Compensation or penalties are enforced
  • Future violations are tracked
